During Movember (the month formerly known as November) I've shaved off my Moustachio and will be growing a Mo. That's right - I'm bringing the Mo back because I'm passionate about men's health and the fight against prostate cancer. Why...

Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in America.
In 2007, more than 218,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer and more than 27,000 American men will die from the disease.

Movember culminates at the end of the month at the Gala PartÃ©s. These glamorous and groomed events will see Tom Selleck and Borat look-a-likes battle it out for their chance to take home the prestigious Man of Movember title. I'm off to the World Beard and Moustache Championships!

So the day I have been growing/waiting for is finally here! I'm about to leave for the airport to go to europe! I've never been and I'm really excited. I fly into London and will spend a couple nights there. Friday, I am going to make my way to Brighton and Saturday is the World Beard and Moustache Competition. I will be taking MANY MANY pictures while I'm there, so stay tuned for updates! I also filmed an episode of MTV's Parental Control yesterday, so look out for Mr Moustachio to invade not only your country, but your televisions as well because it doesn't stop there. CBS is sending a crew to follow Beard Team USA which I am a part of and will be tracking our progress at the Competition. Visit The Beard Team USA Blog for updates on that! Can't stay in one place very long...

Well.. my last entry, I was home... as in Los Angles... that lasted oh about a week and a half... guess where I am now? PORTLAND - Oregon And I'm only here till wednesday and then I go home for a day, to move to my new apartment (don't worry, im staying in LA still) and then off to vegas on Friday for a very special Hush Sound event.. something like super sweet 16 party I think... I donno what to expect, but I've been watching a ton of MTV's My Super Sweet 16 to prepare for what is about to happen haha.. those girls are crazy! Plus Friends or Enemies Lizzy is going to ride up to vegas with me and we are going to go crazy with our buzznet posts along the way! check out the pics from portland, they are all tagged PDX - also somehow attached to this journal entry.. more to come I'm sure. also I found some cool novelty moustaches.. even gummy ones you can eat! how awesome is that? well back to more cable on demand.. or maybe I'll start playing Super Paper Mario for Wii!

TOUR OVER - now what?

Well I got home from tour yesterday and let me just say that I hope I never have to fly anything but JetBlue ever again! That was an amazing 6 hour flight! It's all about the free snacks and DirecTV in every seat... Anywho... this tour was amazing, got to see places I've never seen, a country I've never been to, and people I've never met, and for the 2nd half of it we were on a bus which was quite amazing itself. Now I'm home and it's hot as hell in my apartment.. which means one thing, I will be spending as much time at the beach as possible. So who knows if I will buckle and get a real job while the Hush kids record their next album... which is going to be AMAZING... let me just tell you. Im workin on a live video I've been shooting at shows and such for a new song they have been playing called Honey. Look for that coming soon... Tour Hi-Lights: - Seeing Say Anything @ The Metro on a day off - Vancouver Photoshoots with Eye*Wonder - Learning merch french in MONTRÃ‰AL - Crackheads in San Francisco - Bamboozle's crazyness ( MC Hammer & Kelly (SHOES) & Limbeck) - Getting awesome at GH2 - Buddy the Legendary Bus Driver for 2 days - Heelies - Toaster Strudle Breakfast Scramblers - Mount HolyOake's Scenerey and communal showers & new friends - Dino / Handsome Dan / BLG Merch guy & Crew - Pablo Maggie and Paul - Straylight Will being one of the nicest guys I've ever met - Merching with Puma for a shortlived Week - "Production Meetings" with Mae's crew - Caffiene Eyedrops - Finding an 8 Foot tall poster of me as "Super Moustachio" at the FBR tent after Bamboozle - The BLS show... "this ones for Dimebag" & Girls Shitting on the BLG bus haha - Midnight bikerides with G-Momma - Duct Tape Curtains umm... that's all I can really think of right now... it is 2:48 and I should probably get off the internet... I have a long day of nothing to do tomorrow... I love it.
